Access Cards: Kindly return all building access cards at check-out to avoid replacement fees (AED 1,000 per card).
Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the residence is strictly prohibited.
Evidence of smoking will incur a cleaning and odor-removal fee of AED 25,000, covering duct and furniture cleaning.
